Air Marshal Sir Kevin James Leeson, KCB, CBE (born 11 June 1956) is a senior Royal Air Force officer.
Educated at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology,[1] Leeson joined the Royal Air Force in 1977.[2] He was appointed Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff at Headquarters RAF Strike Command in 1996, Director of Air Resources and Plans at the Ministry of Defence in 2000 and Assistant Chief of Defence Staff (Logistic Operations) in 2004.[2] He went on to be Assistant Chief of Defence Staff (Resources and Plans) in 2007 and Chief of Materiel (Air) at Defence Equipment & Support in 2009.[2]
Leeson was appointed Knight Commander of the Order of the Bath (KCB) in the 2012 New Year Honours.[3][4]
